Parents often tell her they want their athletes to enjoy their sport, feel confident, and handle mistakes without spiraling or shutting down. Mental skills training helps athletes compete with confidence while developing coping skills that transfer beyond sport. Her passion for working with softball athletes comes from watching her oldest son play baseball and navigate the unique mental challenges these sports posses.
